DELIVERY

We are currently only shipping throughout Australia via Australia Post. Apologies to our international customers. We hope to expand our network in the future.

• Currently, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days
• Standard shipping is $10
• Express shipping is $15

RETURNS

You are welcome to exchange or return any item of clothing within 60 days of receiving it, as long as it has not been worn or washed. To return an item, please send an email to helpfulcleverhorse@gmail.com with the subject line RETURNS followed by your Order Number. Kindly provide the details of what you would like to return, and we will provide you with a shipping label. Please note that you are responsible for any return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

To exchange one product for another (e.g. a different tee size), please send an email to helpfulcleverhorse@gmail.com with the subject line EXCHANGES followed by your Order Number. Kindly provide the details of what you would like to exchange, as well as what you would like to exchange it for. This is subject to product availability - we will let you know if we don't have your desired product in stock. Please note that you are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed once we have received your item. In the unlikely event your returned item does not meet our satisfaction (i.e. it has clear signs of wear or damage), we will have to send it back to you and no refund will be given.
